VICTORIAN CHECK IN: Please check in at the front office before going to your unit. There's a $35 resort fee up to 14 days. $70 for 15-30 days. Includes: parking pass, amenity bands, entry codes into property gates and pools. Office open 7am to 11pm, no cash please. Vehicles must be registered with The Victorian, as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.

Beach Time

Loved the condo. A little smaller than I thought but perfect for my daughter and grandson. I don’t think I would advertise 6 people could fit. If my son in law came who is 6ft 5in would have had a hard time! We left some sand toys and a boogie board for everyone’s use. I love that

Galveston Vaca Success

The condo was exactly what we envisioned from the photos! The owners have put so much thought into this vacation home! From the decor, to the appliances available and even the beach toys available to use! We were blown away and this vacation was perfect for our family of 4! Thank you!

Family Feeling

Owners made us feel like we were part of their family with all their pictures and personal touches. Very well equipped and everything was labeled and easy to find. Kids loved the beach decor with the flip flops everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

You’ve found the one!

We felt incredibly lucky to snag this place! You can tell the owners have put so much thought into making it perfect for their guests. And the location is unbeatable. The beach is right across the street! My daughter and I felt completely safe and could walk everywhere. Honestly, everything about our stay was just wonderful, from start to finish. Couldn’t have been better. Absolutely loved and Looking forward to coming back! Highly, highly recommend!

3 day get away

The apt was tiny - but it had everything we needed and it was clean. The whole complex was old - built in the 60s? - so it felt a little delapidated. We were on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. The owners had a good sense of humor - all flip flops and surf boards :-). Seems like they enjoy life.

Oasis!!

Wow. Wow. I love this property. Owners have thought of everything to make a person feel welcome in this gem. Proper labeled cabinets, no hunting for anything. I will definitely book again. Location is perfect.

Super cute

Flip flops was as cute as the photos. It was just my husband and I but would be great for a family with children. It is down quite a bit from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the seawall but that's what we wanted. There are several restaurants, ice cream parlor, Walmart across the street that are within walking distance. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Short stay

Our stay was cut short by Hurricane Beryl but we were mostly pleased with the apartment. Could use a little less things around though, it was hard to find somewhere to put our suitcases as all the space under the beds were taken with other things.

Perfect family beach trip

DFW Flip Flops was perfect. You can tell the owners Tom and Sam put a lot of love into their little place and we are thrilled we got to stay here. The beach cart and towels were SO HELPFUL! Our family of 5 had an incredible beach trip here and will surely be back.

Great location

The location was fantastic, convenient to both the beach and nearby restaurants. The only complaints are about the beds: the queen mattress was rather uncomfortable and the bunk beds were quite noisy whenever either person rolled over. Overall though it was great for what we wanted!

Great location. Beach across the street

Great location! It's literally across the street from the beach. The condo has pretty much everything you need. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen! Groceries can be purchased at either Walmart which is across the street or Kroger a short distance away.

Family vacation Grandson's Bday

We Really enjoyed our stay here! Listing was spot on! Appreciated the Wright family history laid out in the condo. Very homey & comfy! Came in from CA to spend time with the family and my grandson Loved it!! Looking forward to future stays and creating everlasting memories here. ps Would have submitted an Excellent rating, Elevator was out of service HOA needs to get on it and correct. 3rd floor ( loved the location) Was a killer though fortunately this grandmother survived.
