An amazing stay waits for you at Gulf Breeze vacation rental condo. The beach is just across the street! Within a few minutes, you can have your toes in the sand!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath spacious condo allows guests to tan poolside as they listen to the waves crash nearby. Be sure to pack your bathing suit and work out clothes because this resort features 2 luxurious swimming pools and an impressive fitness center.

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen cable TV, central A/C, in unit washer and dryer, complimentary linens and towels
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker
GENERAL: Free WiFi, private balcony with ocean view, pack and play for small children
PARKING: The Dawn requires all guests to register at the front desk and pay a $35 plus tax per vehicle parking fee to obtain parking passes and pool access. The office is located on Seawall Blvd and is open from 10 am to 6 pm. If you arrive after the office is closed, please visit the office first thing the next morning, as it will be important to check-in there, for your pass.
Parking Information:
Parking fees are charged by the HOA and vary by length of stay:
1–3 nights: $40
4–7 nights: $50
8+ nights: Additional $10 per night, capped at $100
30+ nights: $100 for the first month only (must re-register monthly)
A small credit card processing fee will also apply.
New rates effective September 2, 2025.

*Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. We are happy to offer our guests early check-in with prior approval, for an additional fee, (March 1-Labor Day excluded). Unfortunately, late check-out requests cannot be granted, as our teams work on very tight schedules. Check in instructions, including door codes, will be provided to guests prior to the arrival date.

Home Rules:
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 2 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. Convenient Location

We enjoyed the second floor view of the beach, and walking distance to stores, short drive to restaurants. The property had all the amenities we needed, kitchen well stocked.

Nice place

Unit was nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Great view of the water. Listing said it was 1100sf but sure didn’t seem to be that large. If you are a light sleeper then this unit may not be for you because the traffic noise is pretty high. I do t recall the listing saying it was on the 2 nd floor so quite a few steps The bath towels seriously need to be replaced. They are small and super thin.

Ocean-Front Relaxation

What an adorable place! This property had everything you could need, and the welcoming touches were much appreciated. How wonderful to have morning coffee in the big chairs on the little balcony while watching the beach wake up. I loved it here. There was always a “Gulf Breeze,” so the name of this flat is perfect. I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Property

We have stayed at this exact condo a couple of times. We have enjoyed that condo owner, she is absolutely amazing! The check-in process was though a nightmare, which has nothing to do with the owner of this property. You must check in online with the HOA before you get there, fyi. The HOA staff was very unfriendly to say the least. I hate that this is such an amazing property with such an amazing host, but due to the staff of the HOA and yelling at my disabled husband in the lobby we will have to find another property to stay when we come.

Property was great. Only one problem. We were told condo was on the ground floor with only a few steps to climb. It was on 2nd floor with a full flight of steps. We made it but it was a bit of a struggle. Would have packed differently if we knew in advance. Agent has included this information in the listing.

Cute Condo

Great stay here at Dawn Condominums! The condo was small but lovely. I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 girls (11 and 9) and we were mostly comfortable. I would look for bigger accomodations next year as my girls will be older but a great place for a couple or family with young kids. The walk to the beach and access was easy. Loved Babe beach! It was clean and quiet. I would totally book again for a couples trip with my hubby!

Great place, wonderful location

The property was nice. The office to check in was a little underwhelming. The condo was just like the pictures and was just perfect! Pools were great, grill was great. The only complaint was for a 5-day, 4 night trip, we only had 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag, we ended up getting stuff at the store, but we would have brought some from home had we known in advance. Overall we will definitely be coming back!

Awesome stay!

My family went down for a little getaway and we couldn't have asked for more! The condo was clean, bed was comfy, and it had anything you would need! I spoke with Vonda the owner with and adjustment on our days and she was as nice as could be! Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back!!

Enjoyed

All was great. Only 2 things are when we've stayed at beach rentals before they always have provided beach/pool towels. We thought it strange that none were available. Also, while we appreciated the extra linens, bedding, etc., the one closet was a little too stuffed including with a desk chair.

Great getaway for 2!

It was our first visit to Galveston and we were very pleased with the condo. The space was clean and cozy and the view was beautiful. The road noise was a little loud but definitely didn't lessen the experience. We plan to book again in the future!

Perfect location and beautiful condo.

The condo was clean and well supplied. Furniture was comfortable and the view was amazing. This property is close to everything in Galveston yet just outside the busy areas. We were there for Mardi Gras. We were able to enjoy it when we wanted to but our room was still quiet. We would recommend this stay.

Great place!!

We loved the location. Sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee was enjoyable. The property is well maintained. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our week here. Walmart being across the street (side street) was a plus. We even walked over to get a couple of things. We would stay here again.

Get-away trip

We love to stay at this condo! It’s located right in Seawall Blvd. and is close to so many things. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony while we sip our coffee. Just the right size for 2-3 people. Can’t wait to return!
