This charming studio condo is one of 10 delightful units, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a relaxing escape. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the vibrant coastline, with the beach just across the street!

Beach access: Just a few steps from Seawall Blvd. and the beach!

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: One assigned parking spot per unit.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

This bright and airy open-floor plan condo maximizes space and comfort. A comfortable queen bed ensures a restful night's sleep after a day of beach adventures. Need to accommodate an extra guest? No problem! The full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. Unwind and relax in the living area, featuring a 45-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals or heat up leftovers after a fun day exploring Galveston. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This was a quaint little efficiency that was perfectly located and priced with friendly hosts and very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to beach

This place was super small, it was conveniently located close to the less busy part of the beach. The property its self wasn’t great, bed was super uncomfortable, toilet lid was broke and the hot and cold water in the shower would not stay a consistent temperature. Thankfully we were only there for one night before meeting with family to board our cruise.

Please, don’t ever book here!!! It’s a terrible place! Smells moldy, spiders everywhere, too small for a family, and no cold water. Everything is broken and dirty. We only stayed for 30 mins and left running.

Spring break

Our trip to Galveston was a great one and our stay here was top notch from check in to check out. I will definitely rebook here again!!! Communication with host was by far the best I’ve experienced .
