Located in the quiet Sea Isle neighborhood, within walking distance of the seawall and the beach, this newly-built vacation rental is perfect for a Galveston getaway with the family! This striking, coastal home boasts an open floor plan that brings together a sparkling, well-equipped kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area with two tables for mealtimes or game nights, and a bright and breezy living area with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Outside, the covered and furnished wraparound deck is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, or just enjoying the refreshing Gulf breezes.

During your stay, be sure to hit the beach and don't miss the marina where you'll also find a restaurant, park, playground, and tennis courts.

THINGS TO KNOW
Private, outdoor shower under the home.
Beach towels provided.
Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
Amenities in Sea Isle include an outdoor pool, a separate kiddie pool, and year-round tennis courts, located half a mile from your rental. The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Access to these amenities requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The stay was good. We didn’t realize that we would not be located on the beach. It’s just a very short drive. The bunk bed top bunk has an area that needs to be repaired. We did not use the bunk beds but we did notice that the post next to the ladder is not nailed in place properly. It rained while we were there and the outside stairs are dangerously slippery. They should have some sort of traction tape applied to them. We had several instances of near falls despite being very careful.

We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils and the beds were very comfortable. We were there for Thanksgiving and when we checked in the property manager Heather had left a fun Thanksgiving tablecloth and crayons for my daughter to color and some other cute holiday themed decorations. It was very thoughtful! The house was within walking distance from the beach and very easy to get to. We will definitely plan another stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It is spacious and clean, we used the stove, the refrigerator and everything worked. The best part is the very comfortable beds and big soft fluffy pillows. The hot water in the showers was quite strong and it was like a back massage. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful very close to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Nice and clean. But could not enjoy the house due to all the issues. 1. Knobs on the stove were broke 2. Microwave did not work 3. Bedroom that leads to the back balcony, the floor has water damage. It is very weak and feels like you can fall through it 4. Lamps in 2 bedrooms were broke 5. No one responded to any of the issues. The only thing the rep said is we will report the issue.

We were inadvertently provided the wrong lock box code for entry. We contacted the on-call agent to gain the correct entry code. That process took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Everything else went smooth. The property was clean and met our needs.
