Step inside the main level and you`re welcomed by a bright, open-concept layout that connects the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen — all framed by the kind of water views that make you want to slow down and stay awhile. The first bedroom is also located on this floor, featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer single-level living. A conveniently located washer and dryer round out the main level. Head upstairs to find three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Two of the upstairs rooms feature king beds, while the third is a fun bunk room with two full-over-full bunks — a kid favorite that easily sleeps the whole crew.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
