This luxurious three bedroom, three bath has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and is only steps away from the beach. Views of Galveston Bay and incredibly fantastic sunsets make this a vacation spot you will want to come back to again and again. Two pools at Pointe West provide patrons relaxing enjoyment. Winding and floating down the lazy river pool is fun for both kids and adults alike, and what an incredible experience to lounge in the large pool at the beach club with the disappearing edge which melts into the horizon! Enjoy food and beverages served poolside at the beach club, and live music plays Saturday evenings during the summer season. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy all the variety of winged and feathered friends which populate Galveston and Pointe West. Wetlands and marshy areas provide a plethora of environments for these beautiful creatures to reside, and areas to fish by both fowl and friends are enjoyed by many on both the Gulf and bay sides of Pointe West.
The unit is in a perfect location. It is a short walk to the beach and to the Pointe West Beach Club which boasts the Infiniti edge pool, hot tub, The Pointe restaurant/bar, gas grills, a fitness center, game room and gift shop which are all available for use during your stay. Beautiful, newly updated condo in bright, fresh, cheery, inviting colors and all new furnishings. The living /dining area has a sofa, love seat and dining table to seat eight. There are three large screen HD TV's, cable, Wi-Fi, CD/radio/stereo system is available for your pleasure during your stay. A large balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is spectacular to enjoy from the comfortable outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that has been updated with beautiful new tile decor. The second bedroom has a private full-size bath and a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4 children comfortably) and a full-size hall bath. This makes this condo ideal for a two-family getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, small appliances, dinnerware and cookware. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use in the unit during your stay. The nook beside the kitchen has a game table and small balcony that looks out over the pond with a fountain and views of Galveston Bay. The community charcoal grill is located beside the pond below this unit.

When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sun screen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices in each unit.

Pointe West is an exclusive community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Enjoy the pool bar and restaurant, Smore's by the Sunset Pool, kid's crafts, Dive-in Movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).

Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us we have information on these items and other things you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.

You are only approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strande), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!

WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND. THE BEACH CLUB POOL IS NOT HEATED AS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP AN INFINITY POOL WARM. BOTH POOLS HAVE LARGE HOT TUBS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
