"Room was exceptional y clean.
Very very hot fan was supplied but did absolutely nothing (it was the hottest few days)
Only one window could open and that was a maximum of 3 inches
We will book again but study the facilities much closer . Slightly misleading when you read the descriptions where it says "hotel apartments"
Staff were very friendly and cheerful"

"I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again."

"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"My husband and I, along with our dog, have just spent a wonderful week at Garden View.
The hosts, who live in the main house at the address, Steve and Judy, were welcoming and friendly.
The property is situated in a perfect place for exploring South Devon with a bus stop just yards away that runs hourly to Brixham min one direction and Kingswear (for Dartmouth via ferry) in the other.
A short walk up the road enables yoi to catch a bus to Paignton and beyond.
In the property, the twin beds...

"The property is exactly as described.
Very nicely appointed, perfectly clean and in a good location.
It can be noisey at the weekend due to its proximity to a nightclub, but it didn't affect us during our weekend stay.
We would certainly return again."
