A modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and one with surprising peculiarity, on the floor you will find a window hatch that will allow you to look at an illuminated tank.
Sleeping Area: An elegant bedroom that houses a comfortable double bed and a single bed, equipped with a TV
The Bathroom: completely new, finished with high quality materials to guarantee you a well-being experience.

The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that interrupts electricity (except the refrigerator line and hot water boiler) when you are not at home.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use the sofa bed or single bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
Please let us know with a message your preference regarding the second bed (if applicable to your number of guests) and any extra services during the booking.
