Staff is amazing , sat down with us with map and show us everything to see and mapped it out ! Very customer service oriented ,room wasn’t ready for our early am arrival and let us into room to change and freshen up after a transatlantic flight ! Would def stay here and recommend this hotel ! The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. "This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm. There was a shared fridge and microwave on the main floor of the building, but since it required climbing down a few flights of stairs, we didn’t end up using them. A sign on the...
