"Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

"Cute room, bed and a small eating table, no sitting area was odd? It was clean and super well positioned. Be careful however, one of the biggest night spots in Milan is directly under this apartment and it rocks it out until about 2 am on weekends. Huge crowds however they do not cause accessibility issues to the flat. Good for a short stay."

"The property was really nice. The staff was perfect, they allowed us to leave us bags upon arrival while we went to explore and wait on our rooms. The bar in the garden was amazing and the bartenders were absolutely amazing and funny. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk from the city center so located very well. Would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a classic suite for a special occasion. The room was extremely rundown and drab looking. Paintwork was chipped. Amenities were poor with one sachet of coffee on some days but not even all. No milk was provided. Again one sachet of flavoured tea. It was not replenished. Breakfast was basic and quite often cold. Constantly told this is what a classic room is like, but the cleanliness of the room was dreadful."

"Amazing spa on site and you get 20% discount if you’re staying in the hotel. Shame the bar never seemed to be open. Would have been nice to have a drink there before going out and/or after coming home. Staff very nice and very helpful! 5 stars. If you’re wanting to visit Duomo. Be prepared to walk a lot. Takes about 30 minutes to walk. When it’s hot it’s quite a taxing walk. Especially if you’re sight seeing and doing a lot of walking around museums, the cathedral etc. maybe worth a taxi...
