"Older home in an older (quiet) neighborhood and all around a great experience. Plenty of room to park plus plenty of space inside. The home was also well stocked which came in handy when my last minute cupcake plans fell through. My only complaint (which is to be expected with southern homes) is the home was a little moist, especially the hall bathroom. Maybe run a dehumidifier through the home every so often and that would help. We only stayed one night so not a huge issue, but had we stayed...

"The host family was great and the room was an extremely clean, studio like hotel room. Nicely decorated too. Utensils were provided, a bowl, two bottles of water, and a small container of milk. There is a coffee machine , microwave, and mini fridge. I didn't notice any plates. The room sits below the main home, which I was kinda worried about because of possible noise. They do have a child and dog. At times you can hear them and I'm sure they can hear guests, but they are a pretty quiet...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accomodations were comfortable, including an electric recliner. This was our homebase as we attended a family friend's wedding in the area. Even though the rental is next to a family home, we never saw the owners. They respected our privacy and only checked on us via email/text. While the owner sent very detailed directions on finding the property, we had a little trouble finding our turn in the dark. However, my son's GPS told him right where...
