"We were so late getting there and didn’t see the check in instruction change, but they came and helped us even though it was so late. So patient. We had to leave the next morning because of a sick kid but it was lovely."

"The house is cute. Big backyard for our dog was great. Very clean. Lots of books and music and culture in the house which is fun. Really needs new mattresses on the beds but otherwise a good stay. "

"Very clean. Paintings, decor excellent. Felt comfortable from walk in. Bought larger LED bulbs for living room lights. We like to read. With LED’s, electricity usage change is minimal. Reading pleasure maximized. Kitchen was complete. Bath excellent. Great towels.No. AC. floor fan provided was mostly useless. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks...

"Our group of friends loved the place. The location was perfect and everything in Santa Fe was less than five minutes away. Brad was amazing to work with and always answered right back when we had any questions. We asked him to suggest some restaurants before we arrived and did go to one of them, which we really enjoyed. "The property was so cute, well-kept, and very well stocked for guests! The hosts answered any questions within just a few minutes and was very welcoming! A perfect mix of hospitable and private. We also loved the area it was in, not right in Santa Fe but close to good restaurants and hiking trails!"

"This VRBO was excellent. My friend is shorter than I and the counters, stove,, bathroom counters etc. were set very high so were a challenge for her. The listing does not do a great job of including all that is available in this rental. There are many kitchen appliances, pots, dishes, anything you need to cook as well as a coffee maker, even a few condiments, etc. Having an automatic gate and garage was great. "Wonderful little condo in a quaint community. The property was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen ware and easily accessed. We had one issue while there with the shower, but the owner jumped on it and had it repaired in no time. Would happily stay again!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Santa Fe. The house is just as described in the listing and the back yard is spacious for those with dogs. The house is also very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed sitting outside with our dog and making S’mores over the fire. It’s in a great location to get to shops, restaurants, and downtown all within a few minutes, which is also a plus."
