"House was lovely. Rustic, yet very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a very short walk to the river with a beautiful deck for watching the birds and eagles. We enjoyed it and will hopefully return again!"

"My daughter chose this property for the indoor pool, and it absolutely delivered. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and kept the kids entertained and active throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless and even more spacious than we expected. "The trailer is lovely and really inviting. The location and pond is also lovely. Hosts were very helpful and brought us fresh eggs. The trailer is only suitable to sleep 2 adults. Its also close to a road. We had a lovely time. Especially during a T storm. Camp fire and bbq makes this very agreable stay. "

"Cozy, cute little home we enjoyed very much. Great location to our son’s Spartan race, they appreciated the short drive, especially after & the hot tub for sore legs! The owner was so responsive to all questions & gave us tips of the area:) Would definitely go back & recommend to others! Also agree with others, Big Kevs bbq was so delicious! "

"Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. "

"This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream."

"Property was as stated. A weekend getaway. We were able to take our 140 pound rottweiler. This was so pretty and cozy. If you are looking for relaxation this is the place to go.Cindy was great to work with response time was incredible.Thank you Cindy for making this so easy"

"Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. "Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. "
