"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, TN was a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit enjoyable. The hotel was clean, but it is beginning to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, though the selection was somewhat limited—especially for those needing gluten-free options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars."

"Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we...

"The property is brand new and beautiful. Our room was huge and had more than enough room for 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 children. All staff that we came in contact with were helpful, polite, and pleasant. The breakfast had the potential to be amazing but was unfortunately understocked with lots of items missing. This could have been because we arrived during the last half hour before breakfast ended. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others."

"It was a great room for the price. Nicely divided room where privacy in bedroom could be had from main sitting area. My only frustration was no instructions on how to take advantage of the wifi so I just hotspotted off my cell, plus the wifi is open and not secure and you need a VPN to be safe."

"Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee."

"Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia."

"There was bugs in and around the room, stains on the sheets covers. Service was helpful when the finally showed up, waited in the lobby for a 1hr one time and 30mins the other. Old mattresses on the cat walk this was not a clean place at all"
