Fun stay and a short walk to downtown

We enjoyed our room, the property was decorated tastefully. Its location is a short walk down quaint downtown. The shared common area was nicely decorated.

Very lovely place. Quaint town. Only negative is shops all close at 5pm and opens at 11 or 12 and restaurants open at 4pm.

4th of July Getaway

Ginger was very accommodating. I liked the ability to take a short walk into downtown Galena and not have to worry about parking so much.

Such a cute little place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our 6 year anniversary! We stayed in suite 5 and were in love with how cozy and cute it was! Communication with the property manager was great and the room was clean. Will stay here again!

Loved The Linen and Stone

Great location for walking around Galena. Parked the car once and it stayed there for 3 days. The house is quaint and perfectly maintained. The bathroom soaps and lotions are the best. Coffee and refrigerator in our room. Highly recommend the Linen and Stone.

Quaint Cozy Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed at this location and had such a great time. Close to town, about a 10 minutes walk. Very clean and well maintained. Room has a bed, bathroom and TV. Easy access to parking. I would definitely recommend and we will stay again. We loved this place and could not be happier.

Easy walk to town. I recommend hooks for towels in bathroom or on door. There was no ceiling fan as stated, but a fan in the room. We went on 95 degree wknd so even though temp was cool in room, fan was appreciated. Very quaint and rustic.

Stay in Galena

Construction right out front door made getting in and out of the place difficult. Black cat roaming inside and wanting in our room. Carpet dirty and dusty in between pieces of furniture. Shower curtain stiff as in very old. Online response was very timely. Especially appreciated that with the cat roaming around in building. Where we had to park our car was under walnut trees thus the first morning our car was covered in brown sticky sap.
