"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"Our bad luck had us arriving at the time that tge staff were accommodating the passengers from a cancelled flight, so we had a very long wait to get to our room. Could the staff have called “Guests not from flightXXX, please line up on the left.” and checked in people with reservations? Maybe, but that might have generated bad feelings among the ad hoc guests. "

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the property itself is well maintained and very inviting. The location is excellent, adding even more convenience to the experience. "There is no shuttle to and from this hotel. This is a major disadvantage to using them. We spent 20 Euros going back and forth with all our luggage rather than take the Metro two stations. Would never stay there again for the fact they are lacking such a basic service. "

The staff is very accommodating and work the extra mile to make you feel welcomed! The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Concierge was helpful to plan port tasting options nearby The room was very spacious yet weird design choices. They promote environmental stewardship but there are few places to hang things in the shower bathroom area Lighting took some time to get used to. Overall very pleasant"

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"
