"We were promised check in at 4pm and if we checked in after 7pm, then they would charge us additional…well, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned till 7:30pm! Even after that, it had a bad odor from it, my wife and daughter refused to stay there so we left! It honestly looked like a very shady place to stay! The bathroom with the round jacuzzi tub was just that, no shower. Maybe if we were back in college on a limited budget, but definitely on at this stage of my life! Location was good and it...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Vitor's Plaza. The pool was great and very enjoyable, and the entertainment team added a wonderful atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and enjoyable vacation."

"Staff is wonderful and very hardworking (always seen doing something.)Always kind and very helpful! The hotel itself is nice and has good amenities such as 2 nicely sized pools, a bar, on site laundry services available and a balcony in all rooms. Overall, great stay!"
