"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "A perfectly delightful place to stay. The owners went above and beyond to welcome us! The apartment was thoroughly stocked with everything one might need. It is beautifully decorated, has a luxurious hot tub, lovely view, comfortable beds, quiet and has the most helpful and friendly hosts. Communications were prompt and full of helpful information. Location and parking were a big plus. We would highly recommend this to a couple or a family. If we go back to Crete, we will definitely stay...

"We booked this nice hotel for a few days in kissamos and were not disappointed. Rooms were clean and big enough, we had a whirlpool and also a public pool. Service was also very nice and everything went well without problems. "

"This is an amazing hotel! The grounds are beautiful. The pools are very big and always will have room, never felt crowded. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes by bus to Chania town. The food is great. We had the all-inclusive plan, and it is highly recommended, especially for families. The food quality is very high and there are options for everyone's taste. The place to be in Crete. Staff was great as well, always there to help with a smile."

"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "
