"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. The hotel only serves dinners from Wednesday evening to Saturday 😟 We weren’t aware until we made the booking. We were also we’re not aware of any extra parking space at the back of the hotel? I has messaged the hotel about parking earlier but was told to park at Westgate Carpark! Only after we had...

"Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Lovely sized bedrooms. Comfortable bed and great shower over bath. Fantastic food. The bar was well stocked and provided a very comfortable area to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple at the end of the day. Will definitely stay here again when back in this area. "
