"Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park"

"The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again "

"My wife and I very much enjoyed this property. It’s a beautifully rustic cabin that’s literally 20 feet above the ground in the trees. It’s set back in the woods but not far from the road and the town of Belfast. The place is well-built and very clean. You will need to bring outdoor chairs, your own towels and warm clothing if it’s in the cooler months. It was a great experience. "

"This is the second year my daughter and I have stayed at this cottage and we love it! It's a great space, plenty of room and super cute! The outdoor space is awesome too - grill, porch with lots of seating and fire pit area, again with lots of seating. The cottage is a short drive from lots of cool shops and restuarants too. "

"My son and I stayed here for a fishing weekend! Its a walk to Silver Lake, a 20 min ride to Letchworth (the Rockies of the East), and a really cool restaurant/drive in theater/ice cream parlor/arcade place! Bring your own sheets, blankets, and towels and youre good to go!!"

"We loved the cabin, property, and location for exploring Genesee Valley. We stayed three nights and the cabin met all our needs and hosts were wonderful as well. Teens loved exploring the creek and David and Terry even let them say hi to their cows which thrilled my city kids. I was pleasantly suprised by all the great warblers I was able to spot right atound the cabin and I"m sure I would have been able to find many more if the kids gave me more time to do so. The only thing about the location...

"This was a dreadful Rainy week. But the stay in our cozy cabin with some local outings was exactly what we needed!! This was a beautiful scenic spot with lots of local amenities! My wife and I were on our 4th anniversary and it turned out awesome thank you! "

"We absolutely LOVED our stay and can't wait to plan another trip here! The house was cozy, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pond and nature trails on-site offered views and exploration. We saw many birds and different animals without leaving. The closet nature trails (Rattlesnake Hill Wildlife and Stoneybrooke State Park) were fun for our whole family. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. "

"Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river."

"Would give this property 10 stars if able! The Lakeview was gorgeous. The house was spacious with lots of extras, including an enclosed porch facing the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and towels fluffy. Except for the weather, it was the perfect weekend!"

"This tiny home is so cozy! We hinkered down inside due to the weather, but it was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. The island was the perfec spot for our puzzle. Our dog was comfortable and welcome by the owners."
