"We had to move rooms after settling in at night because the air conditioner was so loud. Hubby measured it at 74decibels! Way above healthy noise exposure for rest. The staff gave us another room although offered no assistance. It was nearly as bad. We had to sleep with the AC off. There was still ..."

Best Western Gateway Grand
"Rooms were spacious and clean but because I am very allergic I could smell a bit of a strange smell in the room when we got in. Everything else was excellent. Breakfast was amazing with many options. We will return to this hotel for sure."
