Welcome to our charming and spacious two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse located in the heart of town, just minutes away from I-75 and two major hospitals. Perfect for medical professionals and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in town.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware and dishes you'll need to make a delicious meal.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a plush king-size bed and plenty of closet space. The full bathroom (with shower AND bathtub) is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Our townhouse also features a convenient half-bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with X-Box and streaming services, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

As we pulled up we were a bit nervous about the neighborhood, however we were safe and happy in the Vrbo.

Perfect Family Stay

The pictures don’t do this property justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen fully loaded with even a Keurig machine and pods, my son was thrilled to find an XBox loaded with his favorite games, and even a spacious, fenced, backyard for the pups. Communication with the owner was timely and efficient. We will definitely be renting again for our Gainesville visits!

Nicely Updated and Clean

We were searching for a night to stay for the FL vs TN game 5 months in advance and came across John’s duplex. We did a drive by earlier in the day and were concerned with the neighborhood, but after entry and staying the night, we no longer had concerns and will be staying again. The inside has completely been renovated!!! It was cozy and super clean. John’s communication was on point and always quick to reply. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a little backyard. It’s exactly 17 minutes from The Swamp which was perfect. There were a ton of family owned and chain restaurants to eat all around and a Publix super close. Thanks John! Hope we can book again!
