Welcome to our resort-like accommodations (4bd/4.5ba) on the North East end of Lake Lanier! Come and relax, let the stress melt away or enjoy making fun family memories! Lake Lanier has over 700 miles of shoreline spread over 38,000 acres! This is our personal vacation home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. NOTE: Ask about availability to rent our 2021 Axis A24 that is fully loaded with lifejackets, wake boards, surf boards, and a 4 person tube!

The space
The lake is just a short walk to our 32x32 dock with a sun deck where the water is roughly 7-9 feet deep depending on the time of year. DO NOT AT ANY TIME JUMP OFF THE TOP OF THE DOCK. The path to the dock is lit at night and there are lights on the dock.

You will have access to over 3800 sq feet and wide-open space with lots of privacy and plenty of places to relax. Again, this is our personal home and our only rental, so we aim to provide a personal touch. Our permanent residence is only 40 minutes away, so if you have a special request, let us know! We would like to make your stay as special as possible.

Bedrooms:
-Bedroom1: King bedroom (main floor) - private bathroom
-Bedroom 2: King bedroom (2nd floor) - private bathroom
-Bedroom 3: King bedroom (2nd floor) - private bathroom
-Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 bunks that include a queen, full, and 2 twin size beds (Basement) - shared bathroom

Main Floor:
-Enter through the beautiful covered porch into a spacious open floor plan. You will be greeted with high ceilings, a kitchen/dining area, a large formal dining area, two seating areas and large picture windows overlooking the lake.
-Laundry room will be just past the kitchen that includes a full size washer and dryer and a sink
-Private bedroom suite with king size bed and 55” TV

Upstairs
-Master bedroom suite with master bathroom that includes a bath tub and a beautiful view of the backyard/lake. Also includes a private walkout covered balcony, a king size bed and a 55” Tv
-Private bedroom suite with king size bed and 55” TV

Basement:
-Living area with 75” tv and soundbar and subwoofer.
-Game room that includes a full sized pool table and an arcade machine with hundreds of preinstalled games
-Kitchenette that includes plenty of counter space, dishware, glassware, refrigerator, and microwave.
-Bunk room that includes a 50” Tv and 2 adult size bunkbeds that include queen size, full size, and 2 twin size beds

Outdoor Living:
-Main Floor Deck with furniture and deluxe gas grill
- Under Deck- covered outdoor area with relaxing 4 person hottub
- Outdoor Firepit with seating for 6
- Cornhole

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen. If we don’t have what you need, just let us know!

Pets: No pets allowed at anytime. Any pets will result in immediate termination of your stay and possible additional fees.

Check-in: 4pm by door code / Check-out: 10am. If available, we will meet you there and show you around.

House Rules:
Parties/Events: Absolutely NO parties/Events. Please be respectful. Neighbors are close by, but very nice and keep to themselves. This is not a party house so please look elsewhere for a party house. Reasonable fun and noise is absolutely acceptable.

Security: Ring doorbell and security cameras in the front and rear of the house. We do not have cameras in the house.

Quiet hours: 10pm-8am.

Parking: No parking on the street at any time as it is against county policy to park on the street at a rental property. Ample room for up to 4 large SUVs in the driveway/gravel spots.

Wildlife: You may see our local wildlife wandering around. We have a variety of critters that love living near the water and woods too! Please do not disturb them. You may see cute box turtles. They are illegal to keep. Please leave them be!

Liability Waiver:
• The terrain on Lake Lanier ranges from gentle slope to very steep. The flatter the walk, the shallower the water. The walk to our docks is considered moderate sloping for this lake. My parents, both in their 70s, handle the walk just fine.
• Please be careful as it is a lake property with uneven surfaces, slope & steps. Negligence may cause a slip and fall, and care must be taken, especially with younger children.
• Also, you understand the potential dangers and risks associated with water activities, dock access and take appropriate safety precautions and assume responsibility for yourself and any consequences caused by your party. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk.
• Children under 13 should wear a life jacket around the water.

Check yourself in with the keypad. The code will be the last 4 digits of your cell number unless otherwise requested. •The lake levels are forever changing. Depending on the time of year, the lake levels may be extremely low. In result of that the dock may not have deep water.
