This home had plenty of space and was super comfy for my weekend.

The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It had all the conveniences of home. The location was perfect for our stay and the yard was great for our dog! The host was helpful and proactive in communication. We will definitely be back!

The property was in a great location. The house was very dated, the kitchen overhead light just flashed like a disco. The shower head was so low it showered my chest. Over all it was a decent value, but it does need updating.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the UF campus and easy to get to. There is a lot of room in the house so you never feel cramped, but it's cozy enough that you can have quality family time on your getaway. We frequently visit the area for some Gator Baseball and will plan on rebooking this property throughout the season.

Comfy home!

Our stay was amazing! Great location close to the cancer center which was the reason we needed a place for 5 weeks. It was 3 adult and 2 small pups and the place felt like home away from home. We highly recommend it!

Lovely House

We loved the house. It was in a great neighborhood with no concerns of safety. I loved the charm of the old house and there was plenty of room to spread out.

We wanted to like this place--it appeared to be in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard for our dog and in a good location for us. The house was reasonably clean. However, a sufficient number of bath towels was not left for each guest. With lots of messages back/forth, it took the host almost 24 hours to resolve what should have been a simple task and should have already been prepared for our arrival. Overall, linens were in short supply--no blankets and no kitchen washcloth or towels. While I appreciate the host quickly responding to my messages, that initial day's experience put a huge damper on our trip. We frequently visit Gainesville and will look for a different place in the future.

This is an older home, so it definitely has that older home smell. It hits you right when you walk in. Everything is original, no modern updates. The floors were very dirty. They turned our socks black. 5 days after we checked out, we were charged an extra 50, for pet hair. We have 2 small dogs, that don’t shed much. Very disappointing since we already paid 75 extra for them to stay there.

Game weekend stay in Gainesville

The house was big and would be great if you have multiple parties staying, as it is pretty spread out to give everyone their space. It is an older home and a little outdated but perfect for a weekend stay to visit Gainesville and attend the game. It served our needs nicely. While we didn’t end up bringing our pets, I liked that it was pet friendly and had a fenced-in backyard. One thing I’d like to note though, we arrived at dark and there isn’t a sidewalk from the driveway to the front door and no lights were on outside the home, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see how maneuver through the grass with our luggage to get in to the front door. Also, the beds were a little worn out but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall it was a nice place for a quick weekend stay.
