I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for five nights in early November.Although there was a pleasant ambience around the hotel, my room was disappointing. The glass shower enclosure had a gap of almost half an inch that allowed all water hitting the enclosure to land on the floor. I had to contort myself to prevent that from happening.
Secondly, on the day of departure, before I had a chance to have my shower and head to the airport, the room service came and took my towels, because it was "checkout day" even though it was several hours before checkout time.
Those are the two things that stuck out.
Little things like that added up, but overall I can say that I would try the other hotel just down the street before I ventured back to the Hilton.
The people were nice and well-intentioned, and generally helpful. So there's nothing in that area I would complain about.
The food was excellent, the chef outdid himself several times. If you stay here you have to try the "beef salad". He did a great job on that.
I wish I could give more stars for performances like that, but that would not be fair to other visitors
