"Trip up here for a wedding. Enjoyed the layed back atmosphere of cottage. Spent a lot of time on deck talking while taking in the view. Loved all the variety of peony plants in bloom. Great thunderstorm rolled through and following morning roses were full of bumblebees busy collecting pollen and nectar. Will be back. "

"This is a Hunter's cabin. Nothing real fancy. Bathroom is not in the same cottage, it's in another cottage across the driveway. The host is very nice. This cottage is in a very peaceful location. "

"When they advertise as secluded, they really mean it! A mile off the road, this property is both gorgeous and refreshing! Well maintained, clean, and within driving distance of some amazing things! Ecco Hill is worth the backroad drive to kayak or fish. Iron Mountain and Crystal Falls are nearby if you need to see other people again. Bring lots of bug spray if you are staying in the summer and your hiking boots! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at DD Lodge. My family, ages ranging from 94 years to three years, and I booked this property for a family vacation and it was perfect! The Lodge is amazing, very spacious and beautiful! The property is very clean and very well maintained, with all the amenities we were looking for and more.
