"This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. I would definitely recommend this to others visiting the area. It was 20 minutes in every direction from our places of interest that we went to this...

"Friendly staff , house and property very well kept ,Some signs of aging and usage on the furniture but completely acceptable , me and the kids loved the home and the common areas , pool and water slides lazy river all a huge plus .Definitely will return next year . Only hiccup , but it’s normal are the line ups to actually get into the community (the gates ) Midnight took almost 45 min because one of the gates weren’t working , it happens ."
