Room was smaller than average, especially the bathroom, but very comfy, clean and a quiet nights sleep. Nice pillows, good air conditioning (much appreciated), plenty of tea and coffee, etc, no complaints! Hadn’t realised there was a station at Shepherds Bush Market (directly next to the hotel) so found a much quicker, direct route back to Paddington for the way out. Friendly, helpful staff, even the housekeeping team who asked how our room was and wished us a good day. Better once inside the hotel as the approach wasn’t the prettiest, but a nice little stay.

This is a modern Hotel near Victoria Station. I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern fixtures and fittings. It was slightly unusual to cross the road to reach the restaurant but once there I was very impressed with the professionalism of the catering team, and especially the management who were visible, hands-on, and supportive. I would be happy to use the Hotel again.

I gave this hotel a 3 star because of the location of the hotel. Walking distance to the Parliament, London eye, near bus stops and 5-10 min walk to the Underground but it was far enough that the hotel was quiet so you can get a restful sleep. When we checked in, the first person that we encountered was great - the bell boy. The person who checked us in didn’t even smile. She looked mad for some reason. What we didn’t like was our room was not thoroughly cleaned daily - it was not dusted daily. The curtains were damaged- couldn’t close them properly. The handle to move the curtain side to side was off and was never fixed while we stayed there- we stayed a total of 8 days. Found hair on our bed a few times - not on our first night though. The night before we checked out , we came back to our room after dinner and room attendant didn’t leave any toilet paper. Cups brought from breakfast from previous days were left by the sink so she can take them but unfortunately she didn’t removed from the room. Stayed until we checked out. Breakfast was the same every day. Pretty boring. On our last day, we saw some people were given a piece of paper. We weren’t given it, we were passed over twice. Everyone else around us was given the paper. On the way out I asked the person what was being given out, she explained and I told her, it was perfect since we stayed 8 days and we wanted to give an opinion. Not sure if we will stay here again. This is why only a 3 star.

The rooms located on the -1 floor were extremely damp, and the air felt very uncomfortable. We had just arrived after a long journey and were very tired, so at check-in we did not have the energy to argue about the room and stayed there for the first night. The next day, we changed to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable there either. The windows were positioned very high, which made the room feel enclosed and somewhat claustrophobic. Because of this, we generally avoided spending much time in the room. I also believe that the photos on your website and on Hotels.com do not accurately represent the rooms we were given. If I had known beforehand that we might stay in rooms like these, I would probably not have chosen this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel in general was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the garden was very pleasant. However, considering our experience with the rooms, I do not feel that the stay was worth the amount we paid.

Ottima posizione, si raggiunge la fermata della metro in un Amen, ottimo il phon per chi ha tanti capelli come me. Via molto elegante con case in stile georgiano, personale molto gentile ❣️
