Professional and friendly staff who were very welcoming and keen to assist. Hotel is very convenient to the train station and food choices. Spacious lobby, very nice, comfortable room. The rooms are well appointed and bathroom excellent cleanliness. Highly recommend

Amazing room! Staff was very attentive and incredibly helpful. Amenities are very hard to beat: shuttle service to the mountain and complementary access to laundry was great! I could not have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!
