An additional sleeping possibility would, after consultation with the owner, in the form of a folding bed, be provided for an additional charge of 10.00 € / day / person.

The spacious, lovingly and modernly furnished holiday home on Lake Baalen is divided into two living levels in 1 room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. In the light-flooded ground floor is the living room with two-seater couch, three-seater couch and dining table for 6 persons. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. Similarly, the ground floor kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, table and 4 chairs arranged. From the kitchen, the roof terrace can be committed. This frees the view to the lake. A beach chair ensures that maritime flair comes up. Here is an electric grill ready for you. Two bedrooms and a storage room for the suitcases can be used in the attic for the guests. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. 3 cupboards provide ample storage space for the holiday wardrobe. In one of these rooms are two comfortable chairs, which are placed in the direction of Lake Baalen, so that the opportunity to relax, dream or read is given. In the floor area of ​​the hallway, the bathroom and the kitchen tiles were laid, in the living and sleeping areas a high quality Holzdielung has been processed. Directly on the lake guests will find a cozy seating area, a barbecue and a rowing boat, which is included in the price.
