"Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!"

"My family and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean. The staff and their kids are very kind and friendly. The distance from room to the boardwalk/beach is about a 3min walk with kids..super close..the pool was clean and fun for days we didnt go to beach. High recommend…"

"There’s not a lot of great motels/hotels in Seaside. I was looking for a good place for my parents after reading some reviews on the Sea palace I booked it for them. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and Ac was great for 100 degree days. And the location is great and within walking distance to boardwalk and everything else. Would definitely recommend this place."

"The Aztec was a good place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. The prices are good for on the boardwalk location. Staff were friendly, lots of towels provided. Two free beach badges and free parking were included. No dresser to put clothing in and no hooks in bathroom to hang things on or towels. Walls were thin and heard noises but nothing rowdy was happening during our stay. The property was a bit dated, with hand railings on steps with dirty chipped paint, slow elevator, and it could use...

"Location was good if you want to be near the boardwalk. Room was clean, but smaller than what pictures made it out to be. Bath towels were terrible. Bring your own. Pool is a joke. So small but did provide relief with the heat. Beds were eh. Pillows thin. Would not stay again."

We were so lucky to get this spot.it was perfect for us as we a Jersey shore fans and not only were we right on the boardwalk we were next door to the shore house!!!!! "Lady in the front office is not welcoming. The front staff argued for 30 minutes before checking me in. Internet didn’t work. No cable. Rainy days or times you’re in the room just isn’t worth being there."

"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....
