"Everything about my visit exceeded expectations. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor space perfect for watching the storm outside. "We stayed for 3 days with 3 and 11 yr old. Here’s the positive and negative.
Positive - location, good restaurants, amenities, comfortable master bed, employees willingness to try and make up on other shortfalls
Negative - this is not a 4 star property, one tiny tv, sofa bed was disappointingly old and difficult to manage, oven which was set up in mandarin and no one bothered to reset before handing to new tenants, same with tv setting in mandarin, washer with dryer that did not dry, never...

"Great location near subway or 20 min walk downtown…use the subway and save your energy for walking downtown . Has washer, we did laundry, couldn’t figure out dry cycle did hang dry overnight. St Jorge castle walkable from here with cafe/lunch breaks along the way"

"We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning."

"Positives Secure and clean building.. about 25 minutes away (by car) from the city center .. restaurants and shops nearby; elevator in building; Negatives. The drains in both bathrooms were broken so not able to take a bath.. the reception area had limited hours so for an early checkout it was a bit stressful as communication was delayed in checkout process. Overall we had a great stay at this property "
