We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents:

1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision.
2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in.
3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer.
4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard are available for your exclusive use.

The beautiful spacious living patio with pool

We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful home and location. It is located on the quiet side of LA. Which makes it peaceful. The pool and outdoor space is what makes the home. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. It was too low and sunk in the middle. It made it difficult for me to get out. Other than that everything was good.

Great House, Just an Issue with Cleanliness

I booked this house just a few minutes from my own home for extra sleeping space for family that was visiting during Thanksgiving week. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and linens and lots of sleeping space. The kitchen is decently stocked for making meals. The backyard is beautiful and inviting with nice seating options. The garage is setup with a dartboard, ping pong table and foosball which kept the kids entertained. There is also a mat that covers half of the garage and is good for working out and doing yoga. We had one issue with the house not being cleaned upon arrival. The host was very apologetic and communicative and offered to send the cleaning service to finish but we did not want them there just as we were arriving so just did our own cleaning. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a battle back and forth with the host to get the cleaning fee refunded and eventually we did get a full refund. I know things happen and was not so upset about the property not being cleaned but was not happy having to fight back and forth for the refund. If the refund was agreed to right away, I would give a 5 star review. The property really is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood.

A real Home away from Home

We stayed in this listing for the last part of our trip.. and it made our entire trip amazing. The experience we had staying in the house was very beautiful. The design of the house and the backyard gives you this cozy feeling of your home blended with the setup of a ranch hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms were spacious like a 5-star hotel. The pool was clean all the time and the support online and via the phone was quick to any of our requests. The Games room also added a special flavor to the stay with foosball and ping-pong and many board games. The neighborhood is quiet and near many shops, restaurants, and cafes.
