"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it...

"Friendly staff, clean room, close to town, spacious room also. Must say it was nice having a small kitchenette! This was very handy. Thank you for a great stay."

"Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. "Nice facilities. Friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Safe parking. No food inclusions but a good cafe across the road and also a lovely Indian restaurant. Minor issue was the storage room for the cleaning items was right next to the room which impacted on privacy."

"Sina and staff are super lovely and will always try to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The beach is beautiful and you can even take a boat out to see turtles! "

"The lobby staff not very helpful , the house keeping was pretty poor...taking the dirty towels but not leaving fresh ones and had to repeatedly ask for some finally getting them at 11pm , had to ask for more toilet paper as well as there was none left when room was serviced. The daily breakfast was awesome and the staff there were lovely and helpful. We only ate at the restaurant once for a meal and it was served cold , asked for it to be re heated and it still came back cold so we...

"Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !"

"Parking was plenty. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are brand, close to everything. There is a huge convenience store downstairs. Overall pretty safe. "

"Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy."
