"Beautiful property and the hosts were fabulous! Super helpful as the Outlaw Festival was the main event for the weekend, and they gave us some tips and tricks for navigating traffic and such. Quiet and comfy and close to dining and the park/stadium, yet still had the B&B feel. Breakfast was so good, and the coffee, tea and cookies/snacks available 24/7 was a nice touch. The bed was perfect and we stayed in the Napoleon which was perfect since it had a nice sitting area. Only suggestion was the...

"Perfect location for our weekend plans. Great B & B. and a working farm. Breakfast's were amazing. Highly recommended! Would stay there again in a heart beat."

"After a long day of travel (driving through on a road trip - woke up in Indianapolis in the morning, ended here that day) the quick and easy check-in, the comfortable room, and knowing there would be a hearty and healthy breakfast available in the morning was all wonderful. Nice touch with the Calm App available on the main menu of the TVs. It was just what I needed to help unwind after a long day of driving. :) "

"Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked...

"Liked: Benjamin, the afternoon check-in person is very good at what he does. I found him friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the area, and courteous. Area is convenient, clean and safe. Breakfast person is very good at keeping the area stocked and refreshed. She is friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Overall a very good stay. "
