This large pool and activity house is located in the peaceful surroundings of nature near Lild Strand. This lovely holiday home, spanning a total of 349 m², has everything your heart could desire for an unforgettable holiday for up to 12 people. You will enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the wild Danish nature, where deer and foxes are often seen from the backyard.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The summer house is situated on an impressive 6,000 m² plot, perfect for relaxing walks, exciting bike rides, or cozy moments around the fire pit, where dinner can be prepared under the open sky. For swimming enthusiasts, there is a beautiful sandy beach just 5 km away, and Lild Strand is only 10 km away, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats. Nearby, you'll also find the famous Bulbjerg limestone cliff, known for its rich birdlife and stunning views.



The holiday home is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The large swimming pool (6.5 m x 3.5 m) invites you to fun and relaxation, while the warm sauna and spa for two people offer the perfect place to recharge after a day in nature. There's also a wood stove, energy-efficient heat pump, and underfloor heating to ensure you're always comfortable.



In the house's large activity room, you can play table tennis, foosball, and darts, and the results can decide who will be responsible for breakfast.



The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, of which 8 beds are double beds and 4 beds are single beds. For the little guests, there is both a crib and a high chair. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop.



Outdoor delights On the large terrace (68 m²), there's plenty of space to enjoy the sun, grill tasty meals, or let the kids play on the swing and in the sandbox. The large natural grounds are a paradise for outdoor activities, and there is ample parking right by the summer house.



The house is close to experiences. Even though the summer house is located in scenic and peaceful surroundings, it's only 5 km to the nearest town, Frøstrup, where there are good shopping opportunities and cozy restaurants.
