"Based on the price, I thought I was booking the nicest motel 6 ever, but I was surely disappointed to find out it’s just another motel 6. Hotels in anchorage on a Friday night are EXPENSIVE and this was $180 plus taxes. Absolutely not worth the price. They don’t even have a breakfast! First motel 6 I’ve stayed at in at least 15 years and will surely be the last. This room should have been $60"

"Great location for coming in from airport. They had an airport and train Station shuttle. Very cool grounds being able to see the float planes take off and land. Onsite restaurants are just ok. Bring an eye mask! Rooms have window AC unit so you can’t close the blinds all the way and it’s very bright at night."

It was a hike to our room via a cat walk style to our door. We were exposed to the elements outside. There was a bright outdoor light shining in our room all night and with a 3:30 alarm set for an early morning flight that was extremely disruptive! The blackout curtains and shades worked great- it was so nice to have a dark room in the summer in Alaska.
