"Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. "The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day."

"I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early...

The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children"
