Relax and enjoy this lovely vacation home on a bike trail and close to Frisco Marina. Whether you're looking for a sunny summer getaway or a much-needed ski retreat, this home, with its deck, private yard, and beautiful natural setting, has everything you need.

Located in Frisco, CO, this well-maintained home has all the conveniences you need and puts you close to four Colorado ski resorts: Copper Mountain (seven miles), Breckenridge (11 miles), Keystone (about 13 miles), and Arapahoe Basin (16 miles).

This cozy rental is bright and sunny with plentiful windows and attractive, light-colored furnishings.

The living room has a gas insert fireplace and flatscreen cable TV, as well as a DVD player. This home also features WiFi access so you can keep in touch with friends and family back home!

The dining area and kitchen provide ample seating, with a table for four and a breakfast bar for three. The kitchen was recently updated and features all standard appliances, including a dishwasher, and the deck is just outside through sliding glass doors and features a gas grill.

This three-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to eight guests. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers another generous queen. The third bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk, and there's an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. This home also comes with a stacked washer and dryer.

Winter travelers will have access to the garage for parking and storing ski gear after a day on the slopes at one of the nearby mountain resorts, but you're across the street from the Meadow Creek Park and the Summit Stage transit station, so leave your car in the garage There is also a bus that runs to the slopes in the winter. The lake is close enough to reach by foot, where you can fish and rent a boat or have lunch at Island Grill restaurant. There's a bike path just outside your door, and town is also within walking distance.

FRISCO WEEKEND

Residence met our needs for our 4 night stay. Great location for grocers and restaurants. Bunk bed mattress on bottom needed some additional support. Kitchen could use a nice knife block set. I noted some household concerns to Vacasa Host and they promptly replied. All was well with our stay.

Disappointed and had to leave early

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the property I stayed at for 3 of my 4 nights. Due to safety issues and discomfort, we left early. Our experiences did not meet the standards promised in the listing, and several key issues were either not addressed or remained unresolved during the entire stay. We did report with Stay Neighborly and we have heard nothing back. We are expecting compensation back to us.We had repeated conversations with Vacasa, and it always had a canned response back. Nothing was done to fix the issues.Sample of calls:Communication over the week with Vacasa with responses.Sunday, After checking inFrom the Welcome notebook it said, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We called the following number. 970-409-9495. The call was answered and we were told that they sending someone out to address the issue with the shower. Never heard back.Monday morning, 9:35 AM MSTMy husband stayed home from skiing to wait for service to address the growing list of issues. He called the Vacasa main number from the email. He was told that the issues would be solved and he gave them permission to enter the premises without anyone on site. Never heard back.Monday Afternoon, 1:34 PM MSTCalled again. Received the same promise that the issues would be resolved soon. Never heard back.We expect to be contacted.

Excellent location for winter vacation

Overall good experience with an excellent location! Trash can in garage was past full but resolved during the week. Mattresses in Bedroom 3 (bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom) are very uncomfortable; probably okay for kids. Notebook with info needs updating as it doesn't match with listing in some areas (such as checkout time). Condo is very close to shopping and Summit Stage stop and station.

Return stay for a guys ski trip

This is our second time renting this place as it checks all the boxes for us - private garage, gas fireplace, washer/ dryer, and close proximity to a number ski resorts. Everything was a good as we remember from 2019.

Fireplace and kitchen appliances were nice but the beds were awful and there were not enough blankets. Dual climate control would be nice too. Downstairs was roasting while the upstairs was cold.

Great location for skiing Summit County

Overall very nice, quiet, clean and great location. One major issue, why I couldn't give it more than 3 stars is the bedding. Mattresses are beyond worn out which made it difficult to sleep. Easy fix if they choose to do so. If they did I would stay there again.

Very nice place

This was a nice place. They had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the four of us, with a third bedroom to spare. Has a one stall attached garage we could park in, and they left the garage door opener for us to use. Our favorite things about this place were 1) the location - very easy walk to all the attractions on Main Street, as well as WalMart, Safeway, Whole Foods, bike rentals, the marina, and restaurants. The only time we took our car out of the garage was to drive to other towns in the area; 2) the ground level deck on the back and a back yard - it was nice to relax outside at the end of the day. Frisco is a wonderful city with a beautiful downtown area that is fun to explore, and biking/walking trails everywhere. We will be back!!

The house was exactly what was described on the site.

We were in town to race the Leadville 100. This house was perfect for us since it was only 40 minutes to Leadville. Kitchen was good size for cooking plus they provided a gas grill and plenty of kitchen utensils that we needed. Plenty of space in the yard to hangout and the neighbors were very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great condo, in a GREAT location

Great place to stay, plenty of room! There was plenty of room for the 2 families who went on the trip (4 adults, 4 kids) to all sleep comfortably, and no one was on the couch. The location is amazing! Right near grocery story and Walmart, within walking distance to lots of places and the "downtown" area. Condo was clean and looks as pictured. Would stay here again!

great location and backyard !

We stayed at this place March 17th - March 19th. Overall, everything was very acceptable, but I do have some suggestions for the owners. -upon our arrival the deck door was unlocked -oven needs a good cleaning -chair pads need to be cleaned -kitchen needs updating with supplies for those of us who are away and cook a few meals. You could add: colander, mixing bowl, salad bowl , mixer, cookie sheets, dish towels, knives that actually cut.
