The stains on the carpet really do not help the place feel “clean” :( fingerprints all over the mirror in the living room was the first thing we noticed walking in. The walls are thin or we had really loud neighbors…or both. Woke up every morning before 8am to a family of 6 going down the stairs in ski boots :( For the price, providing a few more kitchen staples like coffee and aluminum foil would be nice.

Comfortable and Convenient Frisco Stay

Great place to stay for close proximity to downtown Frisco and other local restaurants and conveniences. The condo was clean and comfortable with two full baths, which is great if you have a family.

Family snowboarding trip

Needs some TLC

Some glaring issues are related to large stains on one of the cushions on the sofa as well as the cover on the master bed. There were some issues related to a lack of dinner sized plates in which we contacted the property manager on several occasions until by the 5th day after our initial request for plates arrived. The plates were left at the outside of the door. We had to unpack them and put them away. It turns out that they were salad plates.Additionally, there is only 1 wine glass and a limited amount of drink wear.Also, we expressed an issue with the bedroom television in which nothing was ever done about it.Disappointed in appearance of the condo and response from the management team.

Roomy and convenient

This is our 5th year staying at condo, so obviously we like it very much. The location is ideal, very walkable to the free shuttle (ski areas and downtown Frisco). The condo is large, roomy, updated, and bright. The hot tub is a few short steps away. There is plenty of parking . However, this is the first year i have had issues with The property management company, Vacasa. The day I checked in, I called with 6 issues. Only 2 were resolved within my 2 week stay. The staff was very polite and friendly but there were no results during my stay. Issues raised did not exist in my previous 4 stays.

Great location and property, Vacasa customer service not so much

I had a good stay at that property. Very close to Whole Foods, other stores, and easy access to nearby ski resorts. That area for some reason gets really poor cell service. The place itself was good, kitchen well equipped but the dishwasher didn’t workand there was no humidifier. I had a bit of a hiccup getting connected to wi-fi and the couch was reallly stained. I used extra linens to cover it. My biggest issue was leaving a couple personal items behind and being told by Vacasa that they were not there, so I was not able to get them back, and am still waiting to hear back from the host, which means I won’t.

great place with many years' stay but needs maintenance

We love this place for location near bike trail and close to grocery and charging station. On one level very nice. Layout nice. Unfortunately maintenance has gone downhill with stained carpet and sofa and missing vertical blind panels.

This property is located in a beautiful location with aspen trees shading the back deck. Quiet and convenient location with easy access to the Dillion Lake Rec Path. Unfortunately, the property is in need of a deep cleaning - mildewy shower curtains, grimy floors and rugs ... I ended up doing some cleaning on my vacation ...

Frisco condo

We loved the location since we could walk to Lake Dillon. We appreciated the strength of the wifi since my husband had to work a few of the days. The kitchen had the basics and the bed was comfy.
