This cozy two bedroom/one bath unit is a short walk from Frisco’s Main Street and offers its guests a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Enjoy the full kitchen and cozy furnishings during your stay. There is WiFi available throughout the home as well as a washer/dryer. Ore House 8 provides everything you’ll need for the perfect mountain getaway!

What’s nearby:
This home is located on the south end of Frisco, centrally located in Summit County and minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain Ski Resort. It is just a short drive from the Frisco Marina, the Frisco Adventure Park and the Frisco Bike Park. For hikers, access the nearby Lily Pad Lake Trailhead. Dine at local favorites such as Log Cabin Cafe for comfort food or Butterhorn Bakery for an excellent brunch.

Ski shuttle details: Summit Stage offers free public bus service throughout Summit county, Colorado, with service to ski areas, lodging, downtown areas, shopping, medical centers and some residential areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was not ready for guests: two lights in kitchen out, no towel hardware in bathroom only the wall hardware where towel rack and holder should have been, shower faucet not working properly, toaster not working properly, one window in bedroom broken, no mattress pads on beds. Critical issues were taken care of by the property management on Friday and Saturday, but by Saturday we were done with the frustration and moved to another location.

The location was nice. It walkable to Fisco and close to the trail. However there were various issues with the condo. The main one being that the therms did not work properly. We called management and they said they would come out but they never did.

The property met our needs. Towel racks broken and missing in bathroom. Rugs could use a good scrub. Washer and dryer were great! Had difficulty using keypad on door due to user error. After third call to Vacasa, we talked to a very patient lady who talked us through the process. Directions were sketchy as to where this property is located.

Good overall. Space, Location , and Ammenities were all as described and expected.Few things were broken, missing or not working.Smoke detector was beeping when we walked in...low battery. Light in the refrigerator was not working, and the towel hangers in the bathroom were missing. Othere than those we had wverything for a comfortable stay.

Not sure on this one

House was in a great location. Fairly clean however experienced allergy issues, thinking a deep cleaning may be needed. Rugs should be thrown out and couch cleaned or replaced. Kitchen was well stocked. Responsiveness from VACASA non existent. Have rented from them 2/4 times visiting the Frisco area and would choose a private owner. More responsive and cleaner properties.
