Welcome to 126 Sea Otter Lane, a stunning Lowcountry retreat that perfectly blends timeless coastal charm with modern comfort. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a serene setting on Fripp Island, overlooking the peaceful waters of Blue Heron Lake. Inside, you'll find elegant, high-end decor inspired by classic coastal style — light, airy spaces filled with warmth and sophistication.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2 is also a king guest room. Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed.  Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Two additional bathrooms have shower tub combinations providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel “at home". Family room boasts a 75" TV and each bedrom has either 55" or 43" TV's with full package of local and national channels. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper in the sectional sofa, for added comfort.

Step outside onto the two spacious main decks in the back, that come with tranquil lake views and gentle island breezes. Upstairs, a private upper deck invites you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail as the sun sets over the water. Whether you're gathering with family or enjoying quiet moments in nature, this beautiful home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and refined island living. Lower deck provides a large hammock for your reading or napping pleasure, while enjoying the beautiful view of Blue Heron Lake.

A 4-seat Golf Cart, some beach chairs, beach towels, beach canopy, and a few fishing rods are provided for your enjoyment.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

We’re the family staying at 126 Sea Otter this week, and I just wanted to comment on how wonderful the home is!
It is beautiful, well appointed and clean. Y’all did an excellent job with everything! 
We’ve been coming to Fripp for nearly 20 years and have stayed in houses all over the island, and after one night, we’ve all said 126 Sea Otter is one of our favorites!

- 5 decks (2 spacious decks running the length of the house in the back overlooking Blue Heron Lake and 3 decks in the front of the house)

- Upper back deck is screened in and comes with an outdoor couch and 2 swivel chairs, along with a table with 4 chairs, perfect for a relaxing meal

- Lower deck comes with an oversized hammock

- Gas BBQ grill

- Fishing rods

- Beach Chairs 

- Beach towels

- Beach canopy (shade)

- Large flat backyard next to Blue Heron Lake, perfect for games and playing around

- 75" TV in family room and each bedroom comes with either a 55" TV or 43" TV with most local and national channels (including most ESPN channels for your sports needs)

- Queen sofa sleeper in the family room for added comfort

- High Speed internet with boosters throughout the house

Beach is a 2 minute golf cart ride

Both golf courses are 4 minutes away

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
