Cozy Suites in a New House!

  • Se trata de un alojamiento acogedor y privado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños (con capacidad para 6 personas) situado en la planta superior de una casa nueva. Las 3 habitaciones de la planta superior están separadas de la planta baja por una segunda entrada, así que tienes acceso privado.
    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una zona de estar, un baño en suite y un vestidor. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen armarios y comparten un baño. Las tres habitaciones cuentan con una cama de matrimonio grande, Smart TV y un escritorio.
    En la planta de arriba hay una cocina recién construida y totalmente equipada, pensada específicamente para las tres habitaciones de esa planta.
    Es un barrio muy seguro, situado en una urbanización de nueva construcción. Está cerca del Parque Nacional de Sequoia.
    Todo es tal y como se ve en las fotos, ¡pero tienes que verlo en persona!

Very clean, modern 3 bedroom apartment. Easy parking. Close to several restaurants, gas station, and Target. Laundry room was a major plus after 6 days camping in national parks.There is not a common “living room” space but there are 2 chairs in main bedroom. There is a small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The host is very welcoming and left us water and snacks in the foyer. It is a very quiet neighborhood, the mattresses are good. We all got a good nights sleep. There is ample parking.

Great, clean place

Very clean and comfortable. Had extra amenities like a massage chair and led lights on the beds that the kids loved.

We really liked the house, very clean, modern, the house has everything you need, beautiful design. it is a quiet area and we were able to have a good rest. Friendly owner.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was spotless inside with very comfortable bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. There is a small kitchen with brand new appliances, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. There's isn't a living room or play room, just the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen, so I wouldn't recommend this place to a group looking for a place to relax and hang out. But, if you're just using it for a place to sleep and maybe cook a few meals like we did, it's perfect. Speaking of meals, the location is wonderful. There are a ton of popular chain restaurants and a big shopping center less than five minutes away. It's a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Five stars!!!

The property was very well kept, clean and worked well for what we needed. Our only issue is the beds were not the most comfortable. The unit was the entire upstairs, and although it said the bottom unit did not have access to upstairs, there was no door to close off the upstairs unit.

A nice place

The unit was clean and well decorated, but we were shocked to find that "our unit" upstairs did not have a door for privacy or security. This condo is like a split entry home. Once you enter the foyer there is a locked doorway at that level for the bottom unit. The VRBO is up the stairs on the second floor which does not have its own door for security. The second floor was made into a separate unit with a very tiny kitchen. It served our purpose for an overnight stay on the way to Sequoia, but we didn't think we'd enjoy staying any longer for the reasons mentioned above. The unit was very clean, quiet, and decorated well. There were some dishes, kitchen wares and appropriate linens. In addition to the lack of an actual door entrance we'd suggest eliminating the automatic lighting for the bathrooms. It's very distracting and annoying when someone gets up to the bathroom in the middle of the night (since there also isn't a door on the bath entrance) and the light comes on brightly when entering.
