Clovis Country RV Camper #2

Soak up the RV "camping" lifestyle in this private countryside farm. Take a dip in the pool, have a campfire, or sit out and enjoy the sunset and stars. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property.

You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill), play some cornhole, and enjoy the pool!

The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome.

The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture.

The RV has a full sized pull out sofa bed, a dinette that converts into a full sized bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A TV and free Wifi are included.


Guest access:
Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard of the home. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!)


Other things to note:
This would be a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. The is no traffic or crime out here here in the country.

Uber and Lyft are available - we are a short drive to Clovis or Fresno.

We also have another RV for rent on the property. It is called Cozy Clovis Camper #1 and is also pet friendly.

Do not use AC/Heater when away from the camper. Do not use AC/Heater with any high wattage items. It will blow a breaker.
Only people who can swim allowed in pool. 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No glass in pool area. Do not leave pets unattended in camper.
Do not flush ANYTHING in the toilet except for the host provided toilet paper or a $100 tank unclog fee will be assessed.

The property was excellent. The inside was spacious and comfortable. Steve was available to help with a couple minor issues and took care of them in a very timely manner. Very friendly. We will probably stay again next year. The only issue (that is not in their control) was the heat. lol thank goodness for the ac!!!!

big city detox

This was an excellent property, just outside of town allowing for some good country atmosphere and peacefulness. I needed to be in town for some family matters and staying in a hotel for 9 days just didn't seem like something I wanted to do, the price was right and I had my own little solitude. the space is clean, and stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable and the hosts were very friendly and made sure my stay was nothing less that perfect. Thanks again Steve and Robin !

Fresno Family Reunion

Clovis Country Living

We rented both RVs at this property and we really enjoyed coming back from the National Parks to sleep in this very cool spot. Conveniently located with several major stores close by but still seemed secluded while on property. The hosts were great and very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again when we return.

Great getaway

Myself and a friend had to stay up inClovis while our kids were at a weekend long event. So we found this place on VRBO. It looked cool and we thought why not. A little rustic, but it had a fire pit, cornhole, and a place to crash so it was perfect and let me tell you it was. We had a great time and the pictures are EXACTLY what you get. The host and their son are the nicest people and you are only maybe 10 minutes from town if you need something. So you can stay "country" but know town is close if needed. I would HIGHLY reccomend this place to everyone. Can't wait to go back.

Great stay! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property in a great location. Easy check in process. We had an issue with the TV and the host was there to fix it within minutes. Very clean and comfortable. Just minutes away from shopping and restaurants, but out of the city and very peaceful, safe and quiet. We loved it here and will stay again when in the area!

Just the right amount of remote

This property was nice and secluded, but not so far out of the city that it was hard to get to. I was not experienced with staying in an RV, but the numerous printed instructions were clear and easy to follow. I loved the outdoor space for doing yoga or just lounging in the breezy shade.
