" Nothing fancy, but it did the job. There were a few bugs (nothing crazy) and the walls were very thin, but the room was basically clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and I got to check in early at no extra charge. The price is great though: would recommend for the mid-picky traveler who wants to avoid the SF hostels. "

"The walls were paper thin, I could hear people speaking in the next room. Very noisy. No TV service on regular channels - you had to have had a streaming service account. At check out, you had to take your own garbage/ recycling outside to the bins in the backyard."

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay - except could never ever contact anyone by phone to help in any way. After a long delay they'd send an email and call (which I always missed due to flights so go voicemail) and if I replied to email immediately I'd still not get a response until too late. The Latch system (instead of keys, to enter every door and use elevators) did not work for my phone and no employees understood how it worked. I absolutely needed to have service which I did not inside of...

"This place is very nice and clean. The rooftop pool is great. Just as others commented, there are codes to remember and the pull out couch is not meant to be slept on. It’s all springs. I booked a place that is supposed to sleep four. I put my two kids on the floor on mats. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The apartment is really nice. "

"This is an apartment in an apartment building, so no hotel type amenities but very comfortable and conveniently located. There is a coffee shop nearby and the unit has a furnished kitchen. "

"Cool & quirky place the size of a warehouse! Tons of baseball memorabilia and history. Dave’s a really cool dude! Highly recommend staying and something that’s completely different for a change."

"Stayed one night. Great stay. Only two issues: the detergent used for the sheets had a very strong and not pleasant odor. The house was very cold in the morning. Figured out the heater but info should have been in the welcome book. "

"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"So charming! The studio bed was very comofrtable and the cabin part was soooo cozy. The garden is beautiful and the view of the city at night was breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Had a wonderful relaxing weekend staying at this place. There was more than enough space for the seven of us with the location having great views of the bay and SF Skyline. Ramona was great with any questions we had. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. I felt safe. It was loud but not unbearable. A car horn and siren woke me up. The windows are right by the street. No real complaints. The stairs kinda shocked us. To afraid to ride the old school elevator. Would stay again my husband wouldn’t. "

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "
