If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Beachfront Retreat – Perfect for Family Relaxation

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with a short walk over a charming bridge that takes you directly to the sand. We enjoyed fishing, crabbing nearby, and watching the sunrise each morning from the gorgeous deck. The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway—ideal whether you’re spending the day on the beach or just unwinding at the house. We’d definitely come back!

Awesome place

Rented for a girls weeked, 4 of us stayed at the home. It was very clean, great location and stocked with everything you need. We have already decided this will be the one we rent next year as well, but we will definitely stay an extra night. Contacted management company prior to stay with a couple questions and they were quick to reply. Highly recommend!

Water situation was horrible

We've stayed at several houses on Surfside and never have we ever experienced. Such nasty smelling water. It smelled like rusty fish. The smell permeated our skin as we got out of the shower. And never felt clean and afraid to wash our hair. We left a day early because of this water situation. We saw signs around to wash feet before we came into the house. However, there was no outdoor shower which in the past we have used a lot. We were not aware that there was not a shower outside. The water hose situation was in mud and sand and the broken water. Spicket is tetanus waiting to happen. Our finger smelled heavily of rust to turn it on and off. I was told they were beach chairs to use however they were all rusted shut and almost impossible to open another hazard of tetanus. And we never found the umbrella. The showerhead in the shower was not working properly and sprayed water up onto the ceiling and out over the doors onto the toilet. None of us were tall enough to adjust it. The tub was also another hazard and was screaming shower mat inside the tub. I've never been in a more slippery tub in my life. All in all the rest of the house was beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Also, the purified water spout at the kitchen sink did not give us enough Fresh water before it started smelling like rusty fish also

Concerns

My wife and her sisters had several issues that prevented them from enjoying the property as much as they should have. The washer and dryer do not seem to work properly. They had to load wet clothes to take home with them, because the washer did not seem to remove the water and the dryer would not dry them after several hours. There was supposed to have been someone show up to make repairs but they did not show up. Beneath the kitchen sink was nasty. Come to find out after a number of texts and phone calls and a visit by a repairman, that the kitchen sink was leaking under the sink due to the plumbing not being hooked up correctly. When the repairman finally showed up he made a comment that made my wife feel as if she was being accused of doing something wrong. Something about a hole being in one of the drain pipes. Lastly there were some dishes that had rust on them. All in all the property location is nice but spending so much time on the phone trying to get repairs made was not good.

Great getaway

10’s across the board. No complaints whatsoever. Everything it was advertised to be. Kitchen and bathrooms very well equipped. Beds comfortable as well as all the other furniture. I would not have guessed that pets had stayed there as it was very clean. I want to stay there again.

Perfection by the sea

Everything was perfect. We relaxed to the sound of the ocean, dined in at what is now our favorite Surfside restaurant - Seahorse.We have already booked our next trip at this wonderful place

Dangerous House!!! Beware.

Arrived 5/2 house was clean& comfortable, great location, grill was brand new perfect view! On 5/3 in the evening we experience lights flickering slightly. On Saturday morning 5/4 power started failing off and on we heard popping and crackling noises then smelled electrical burning. Notified management - they said someone would be in contact. for the next 5 hours I tried to call and text NO ONE CAME TO INSPECT THE HOUSE, NO ONE CALLED BACK. The management company just let if ride. We could not use the blender or run microwave without losing power. The AC could not run properly. I am leaving this review so the owners can understand how the management company failed them. To not address a dangerous power issue by management should not happen. I hope by the next booking that electrical short issue is corrected so others could fully enjoy the lovely house.

Outstanding location

You can’t beat the beachfront views. The decor was beautiful. Huge kitchen and dining although it was just the two of us. The floor plan to me was well thought out and unusual. Excellent for families with the bunk beds. We are at the red snapper restaurant nearby—great seafood and not just fried.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful views from inside the cabin. This cabin is charming, comfortable beds and furniture. I would recommend to anyone and will book again. The interior decorations are superb and makes for a warm and comfortable place to be. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate's Paradise.

The house was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms and bedrooms are both small with limited storage space for personal belongings in the bedrooms. However, those minor details wouldn't prohibit us from booking again. We are glad we chose Pirate's Paradise!!

One real con was the storage space, not much at all for clothes Sheets too small for the bunk beds Only had 2 towels for 5 guests, had to buy our own Oar in bathroom fell off wall Kitchen faucet very loose Replace fridge filter Fix electric fireplace so it’s useable Replace litebulbs over bath sinks Shower door did not close Broken tp holder in bath Sat in small plastic chair outside and the brittle back leg broke. These were small annoyances but should be addressed Living and kitchen areas are great. And loved the outside patio. Definitely plan to come back next year! Thx so much

Great Stay

Great location! Awesome view. Very comfortable furniture and that can be hard to find in a typical beach house. Had some great seafood at Red Snapper and went to Giovanni’s in Angleton….the pizza alone was with the quick trip! Mosquitos were crazy bad but that has nothing to do with the house….bring lots of bug spray and protect your doggos too. We had a blast and would recommend this place 100%.
