Welcome to the Seashell! This is a brand new luxury beach house ready for your enjoyment! Parking outside with an outdoor shower. Come relax on the patio sofa and sip on your coffee as you take in the sunrise. Outdoor and indoor dinner table. House has brand new appliances with a washer/dryer for your convenience. Keyless door lock, Nest smart thermostat, ceiling fans with remote controls in every room. Memory foam mattresses for all the beds. 2 blocks from the ocean and a ten minute walk to the main beach! Relax with the whole family at the Seashell!

Outdoor Space:
Plenty of parking on the driveway. Outdoor shower to wash off after a long beach day. The garage is our storage room and won't be available to the guests. Plenty of patio sofa seating with an outdoor dining table that can seat six.

Living Room:
Plush soft sofas to relax on. 60-inch flat-screen smart TV with all streaming apps available. Nest smart thermostat with brand new AC to keep you cool in those summer months. Brand new in-house washer/dryer.

Kitchen:
Brand new appliances (Fridge, electric stove, dishwasher) for your use. Basic pots/pans, silverware, drinking glasses, and cups for your use. Keurig coffee maker for your fresh hot morning brew. Dining table that can easily seat six people.

Bathrooms:
Plenty of bath and beach towels. Shampoo and body wash provided. One upstairs and one downstairs.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms with attached ceiling fans which can be controlled by remote so you don't have to get out of bed at night. Memory foam mattresses for a comfy night’s sleep. Each bedroom has a theme (Seashell, Flip Flop, and Anchor). The Anchor room has the entrance to the upstairs patio which has beautiful views of the ocean.

A great sunny escape!

The property was an excellent fit for my family . Myself, my twk adult daughters, and thier Memaw enjoyed the balconies, co.fortable living area and the cozy beds. We would stay again.

Perfect

We have been coming to surfside for 22 years for our family reunion. 50+ relatives. This year we chose to stay in smaller house of the beach for just myself, husband, sister and two teenage daughters. This place was ideal. Very roomy, A/C cooled perfectly. Large laundry room with plenty of space for our excess coolers, papertowels, etc. Had a great time and will definitely rent again. Only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we ate most of the time at other relatives houses. 5⭐️

Close to beach gem

The overall property was great! Beautiful new home, well maintained, great neighborhood, and close to stores and beach. Would be nice if beach chairs had been available for use. Kitchen towels would be handy. The house does sway in storms and when people walk around upstairs and come up the outside stairs.

New house still smell like Brandnew house clean and nice

Very nice! The part We love most is the owner has everything ready for us to use from cooking tool to bedding for sleep. All pillows and blankets, bed cover sheets are sufficient for the whole group to use. Disney channel and Netflix are available for kids to watch while we’re busy preparing dinner or lunch. Every item including the house is good quality up above standard. It feels like home but more relaxing and enjoying on our short vacation away from home.

Super clean and updated

We really enjoyed our stay at the house it was very clean and spacious with nice ocean views. The ocean is walking distance from the house but the actual beach is a little further away and would recommend taking a car.

Surfside getaway

House is easy to find and beautifully renovated. Driveway will accommodate 3 cars. Shower stall for rinse ground floor is in good condition. Lovely patio on first floor with dining table for 4 and seating area for 3. Balcony on top floor has setee set. Inside there is dining table for 7, couch, loveseat. Big screen TV- bring all your logins to your apps. Kitchen is nice with and island. bring own cleansers, bakeware, spatula, tongs. Both bathrooms stocked with towels. 3 double beds, 1 queen, and 1 futon for sleeping. Huge washer and dryer, bring own detergent. Nice hairdryer downstairs bathroom. 2 blocks to footbridge to sea, but tide is too high in am, so would still recommend driving to seaside beach entrance. After 4 pm, the water recedes near the house and you have your own private beach, which is what we did on check in day.
