White Sands Retreat - Modern, Comfy, Down from Beach!

White Sands Retreat is an absolutely beautifully decorated modern beach house located in the convenient West Palm neighborhood in the heart of the activities and restaurants offered in Surfside! Enjoy the seashell covered beach while basking in the sun all day, rent a golf cart from the nearby Beachfront outfit, do some surf fishing and then stroll on back to partake in a fabulous and freshly caught grill sensation!



The Space:

With the large patio area, multiple decks and inside and al fresco dining options, your inner chef has all the prepare and present options for your tasty wares!



SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT: (sleeps up to 10 in beds) 

~ 3 large bedrooms each outfitted with luxurious fresh white bedding. 

~ Upstairs dual master bedrooms each with King beds and private full bathrooms and private decks. (each sleep 2)

~ Bedroom 3 is the largest and has 1 x Twin over Full bunk and another Twin over Twin bunk bed with a Twin Trundle (sleeps up to 6)

~ 3 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower can be found at this seaside beach home.



OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: charcoal grill, outdoor shower, picnic table, RO DRINKING WATER system installed, ceiling fans throughout inside, high-speed Internet/WIFI, laptop friendly, washer and dryer, guest comforts of home starter pack.

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.



The Neighborhood:

We (The 979 Crew) love our sleepy Surfside Beach community with plenty of sand and surf to enjoy! This particular home is located in the heart of Surfside and just a block from some of the more popular restaurants and seaside bar and grills. Just a quick drive away is Jetty Park which is an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts, surfing, shelling, and beachcombing, there's something for everyone to do.



Getting Around:

No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Sharkies on the Beach) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

Every home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests!



🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY:

Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.



WIFI/TV SERVICE:

Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!



979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:

All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required!



CANCELLATION POLICY:

For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.



After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.



Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
