There were some bugs at the entry could be because it’s a costal area and some items listed were missing like hand soaps and blow dryers. Overall was a good stay. Very close to the beach and had almost everything I needed for my stay.

The house in general is a great house and in a great location to the beach. But with most rentals there are going to be a few hiccups due to general wear and tear. The host were very helpful addressing most of the issues in a timely manner. There is a ramp that worked well for several of our senior/disabled people. If you have a large group this house works great. Would rent again!

The only reason why we did not give a 5 Star is because of the issues we ran into upon arrival. However, the host was extremely quick to getting those issues taken care of. They delivered a Walmart order for things we were missing in the house and was even going to come in and clean if they could. I really appreciated that. That definitely made us feel better about the few issues we found.

The rental was all that we hoped for with such a large family.

We were very pleased with the rental it was spacious and was very nicely located to the beach just a short walk away. The view from the wrap around porch was also very nice. We can't wait to make a trip back.

Family Stay

Everything was fantastic except some plumbing issues that the host went above and beyond to fix for us. Location is perfect for Surfside! Great home!

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Our family has a reunion in Surfside every July and this beach house was absolutely perfect. Communication with owners was always prompt and clear. We are definitely looking at rebooking for next year!

Great time at the beach

Family reunion at Surfside. The house was a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beds. Adequate kitchen. Extra refrigerator was great. The outdoor shower was nice.

Great long weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for our family group of 16. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone (and then some), a nice large living area, and we were very happy that there were TWO full size refrigerator/freezers! And the kids really loved the unique boat beds! Proximity to the beach was fantastic and there are several very good restaurants nearby. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for big reunions

The place was great! They hosted a group of 20 of us very comfortably. Plenty of beds for everyone with a fun pirate ship theme. Only issue we ran into was water pressure going out if you tried to use multiple bathrooms. Other than that, we had a blast and had a great visit!

Lovely Beach Home very spacious, nice comfortable bedding. Has all the amentities of your on home. The pictures of the inside are true and valid. We look foward to renting again.

Beach house

When We got there the house is on a nice location. House was clean with plenty of space for all of my family that stay with us. We only run into a little issue with water pressure dropping when two or more guest were tried to take a showers at the same time but over all We have a wonder time I will rent this place again.

Great for church groups!!

Our church group recently just visited and stayed at heavenly sunset! House is very spacious and has many places to sleep. Laundry is included! Steps from the beach as described. Will definitely book again in the future!!!

The location of the property to the beach was excellent. The property itself was perfect for entertaining guests. The street was quiet and neatly kept. Overall our stay was enjoyable other than for the evening we arrived. There was a miscommunication - the cleaning service had us checking in on Friday instead of Thursday so the home was not totally ready for our arrival. The host and cleaning service were quick to respond to our concerns. The cleaning service immediately came in and did their best; but it did take some time to get the beds made; and to make sure the bathrooms were clean. That is all that they really had time to do. It was late and we had very cranky toddlers and a couple of older adults that needed to get settled. Loved the huge kitchen, the deck, and the short walk to the beach. It was nice that the hosts accepted our elderly pets and the ramps were great for all of us including the animals that could not manage the stairs. Parking under the home was generous & fit all of our cars. Being able to walk to the nearby restuarant via beach was a plus. WIFI and TV's were in good workng order. Maintenance staff came in during our stay and made sure the outside of the home was sprayed for insects, etc; the AC was checked for a leak and serviced and yard mowed. We could tell that the hosts were doing their best to keep the property mantained.
