Great breakfast and really friendly helpful bloke who cooked and served it.

A nice clean hotel with large rooms. My only complaints would be the £10 charge to use the swimming pool (yes, it included the sauna and steam room but I only wanted to swim). Also the reception desk was not staffed when we tried to check out just after 0800hrs on the Sunday morning.

This hotel is nowhere near acceptable. The property is unfinished, unsafe, and misleadingly advertised. Our room had no air conditioning, no ventilation, and windows that could not open, leaving us trapped in suffocating heat for two nights. Basic toiletries were missing, and reception repeatedly insisted the hotel “never advertised” providing them — or air conditioning. The Jacuzzi was unusable, producing only dangerously hot water with no temperature control. The back of the hotel is covered in scaffolding and dilapidated, incomplete structures. Management was never available, and staff repeated scripted lines instead of offering solutions. Worst of all, the hotel uses AI‑enhanced photos to disguise the true condition of the rooms and deceive guests.
